Animalia madness - how to wear your favourite animal print

Animal prints have been wardrobe staple of a stylish woman for a decades. But the trend really took off in previous fall. Leopard slip skirt may have been the most popular over the summer, but it was just a beginning of Animalia madness! One thing is for sure, animal print is for the ladies who want to make a statement! And like with every fashion movement, we are never quite sure what the statement is, but it looks great when you style it right.

So, what is the best way to wear it? Like most trends, it comes down to personal preference and how much of a statement you are willing to make. It can definitely spice up your outfits! Especially if your wardrobe is quite neutral. For those less daring an ankle boot or a handbag in python finish will give a bit of a lift to the outwear. And those who fall in the overly cautious category should opt for a finer details, such like belt or bracelet. However, if your style is pretty bold already then don’t be afraid to invest in pieces like an oversized snake print shirt or a pleated skirt.

I chose fairly safe pairing. Straight leg black jeans paired with snake print blouse, similar here and here. Brick colour lightweight trench coat and vintage Burberry clutch. I particularly like brown, camel, beige shades during transitional seasons. I even have the whole post dedicated to beige.
