Looking to up your jewellery game? Look no further – go for pearls! Not only have pearls became a timeless classic accessory, everything is made out of pearls lately. We already seen them on sunglasses, shoes and clothing. Have you seen those Jimmy Choo’s and Chanel shades?!

I have grown my love for this accessory quite quickly, simply because it goes with everything! Mixing elegant classics with sports and street urban styles became a norm and they do look absolutely stunning with basics (jeans+t-shirt). I totally felt for Mother of Pearl Denim Jacket with ruffle sleeves and studded faux pearls. But there are so many safer options out there to pick from depending on the preference.
Using pearls in so many innovative and creative ways, designers put them on the map! It is no longer considered to be a granny’s accessory. So it’s about time we remember those pearl earrings lying at the bottom of our jewellery box that mum gave. I have two pairs: one tiny genuine pearls to finish busy outfits and personalised Dior Tribale earrings. I can probably be found guilty for wearing them every day. Only because it feeds my practical needs, since I can wear them from the office to the night out.

Another accessory which went viral really quick is hairpins and they too come studded in pearls. We haven’t done much for our hair in the past years, so now we have everything: scarfs, berets, hairpins, and headbands. I prefer hairpin due to how easy is to use it. And they instantly give a lift to almost any outfit. I wear those with dresses and casual outfits. Got mine from Zara, but by the looks of it, they are continuously sold out. You can find similar ones here and here. Hope you’ll discover yours!
